- Health & Safety - please make sure you comply with hotel regulations
- Electricity - please make sure you have placed your order with the hotel
- Promotion & Sponsorships - have you promoted your attendance to HBOT2008?
- Don't forget to bring plenty of business cards.
- Bring spare light bulbs.
- Scissors, scotch tape, Velcro, bubble wrap for packing after the show
