Request for refunds must be made in writing and post-marked or tax-stamped no later than June 1st 2008. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants. Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $100 transit fee. Refunds will not be issued after June 2nd, 2008.
